Dear customer 

Firstly we’d like to thank you for your support as a valued customer. As you will have hopefully seen, we continue to work hard to make sure you are protected with the most effective security, proven by the many thousands of successful recoveries, many of which we publish on our Facebook page (@BikeTrac).

But there are also ways you can help us to ensure that you are protected, mainly by making sure your own details are fully updated on your BikeTrac portal. This will ensure we have the correct contact details and are able to contact you.

Also, did you know that you can log a marking system such as Datatag or equivalent to your bike on your profile? It’s as simple as outlined below and then of course all of your security details are in one spot.

• Log in to your account via the Web portal, not the APP

• Click ‘Manage Device’

• Menu on the left ‘Motorcycle Details’

• On the right ‘Marking Schemes’

• Please select the appropriate Scheme and add in the ID/Etch number

Equally, should you sell your bike, this can now also be managed online too, by following the process below.

• Log in to your account via the Web portal, not the APP

• Click “Manage Device”

• Menu on the left “Motorcycle Details”

• On the left menu “Selling your motorcycle?”
