Subscription Update

Dear Customer,

Firstly, thank you for your continued support as a BikeTrac customer. With the weather improving and daylight hours increasing, we hope, like us, you’re looking forward to a great year of riding.

Regrettably, we are contacting you because we have had to make the decision to increase some of our discounted subscription rates. It is not something we wanted to do, nor have we done so for the last 17 years, but due to increasing service costs, we can no longer continue to absorb these increases internally.

We have however, tried to limit any changes, and so these increases only affect the already subsidised costs for our 2 year and 3 year subscription offerings.

As from the 1^st of April 2026 our 2 years subscription will be raise from £179 to £189 and our 3 year option will be raised from £229 to £249.

Our monthly and annual subscription has not changed.

We still remain very competitive in the Thatcham approved monitored security tracking market and we will always strive to offer you as competitive solution as possible.

If you would like to update your subscription option you can do so by logging into your account via the Website (not App) or call us in the office and we can assist you.
