Service / App Update
We hope that this email finds you safe and well. We wanted to bring you a little update from the team here at BikeTrac,
Firstly, our service continues as normal throughout these challenging times. Naturally behind the scenes we are employing full social distancing procedures, but this does not affect the level of cover we are providing our customers. Our administration team and Secure Operating Centre continues to offer the same level of service, as do our partners at Securitas. We remain at your full disposal.
Of course, unless you are a key worker, it’s likely your bike use has dropped significantly. While our unit does have its own internal battery, we’d suggest you make sure your battery is charged. Don’t forget our unit has a low battery alert and you can set this threshold accordingly, so take a look at your portal.
And finally, we are pleased to bring you news of an update to our app. If you have your apps set to auto update you will automatically have the new version today, if not please go to the Apple or Google Play stores to update to version 2.0.1 – you will not see any physical differences, but we have fixed a few bug issues to hopefully make the user experience smoother.
As ever, should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
