Finally, it may just be permissible to suggest the riding season is here. The nights are longer, the roads are becoming drier (and mostly salt free) and so we thought it timely to bring you up to speed on news here at BikeTrac as well as offer some friendly advice.

For us, 2022 was a busy one, but to paint a cheerier picture against the backdrop of never ending bike theft, our statistics remained strong, with our recovery rates still over 90% and with more than £13m worth of machines now recovered since inception. We hope that continues to reinforce the notion that you’ve made the right choice by trusting in us. We thank you.

Advice & Tips

We appreciate that many of you ride all year round, but for those that don’t, it’s worth remembering that our system can offer you lots of information and can be tailored to your own uses. Battery voltage is certainly useful to keep a tab on; there’s nothing more annoying than getting kitted up to find your battery has died. Live info is available on the app. And don’t forget you can also set your device to work in Service Mode easily from the APP or website should you wish to move your bike around or drop it off for routine service work and don’t wish to receive false alerts.
