As we move towards spring and the start of the season, we wanted to give you a little update on developments here at BikeTrac that will hopefully help you and your business throughout 2022.

Introducing BikeTrac Lite

Firstly, as you may be aware, in December last year, we launched our all-new BikeTrac Lite product. Aimed at small capacity and lower valued machines, this really is a great additional revenue stream, offering you the chance to sell into a market that has traditionally been difficult due to associated costs.

Offering the same level of theft protection as our fully featured product, including Radio Frequency technology, unlike many others,  Lite is a cost effective alternative developed as a ‘fit and forget’ tracker aimed primarily at those looking for simple, effective security. Also aimed at making your life easier, our 0% finance offer for customers is still available on both BIkeTrac and BikeTrac Lite. With the ability for customers to apply and get approval online, they are able to cover not only the unit, but fitment via you as an authorised dealer, as well as the subscription too. Crucially, this offers you a good margin with minimal work, able to earn up to £190 by simply just fitting a unit. Earn bonus for years to come with our loyalty scheme

As touched on previously, our dealer loyalty scheme is still available and in fact becoming more and more valuable to proactive dealers. If you aren’t already part of this, then very simply, every time a customer you have sold a device to renews their subscription, you bank credits to use for future stocking of BikeTrac OR eGift vouchers. And finally…

In 2022 we hope to support you more than ever before. With a considerable commitment to marketing and events throughout the season, we’ll be exposing as many riders to BikeTrac as feasible. Following the launch of BikeTrac Lite at Motorcycle Live, we moved to the MCN London Show just last month where we had great interest in all products. With more national and regional events planned, including the ABR Festival too, we hope to drive more traffic than ever to your showrooms this year. Look out for our  inclusion in several bike titles also.

We thank you once again for your continued support. Our stats still remain strong, with over £11 million worth of bikes recovered since inception, and with a strong recovery rate still at 94%. In 2021 alone we recovered 200 bikes and continue to get great support from the local authorities. On top of this, the additional support we offer with Securiutas should continue to give you the best tracking offering to customers on the market.
