ATVTrac – Summer Update

Dear ATVTrac customer,

As we get towards the midpoint of the year, we thought you may appreciate a little update on what’s been happening at ATVTrac.

Recovery News

Despite a busy start to the year, we’re pleased to confirm that we still retain a 100% recovery rate for 2019. We’ve had exceptional support from the authorities with proactive work from each police force involved in all of our recoveries, all adding up to our overall 97% recovery rate since ATVTrac was introduced.

We’ve had some interesting recoveries along the way, with arrests made, decoy unit work with some forces and generally very swift recoveries.

We’ve had some lovely comments and feedback from some of these recoveries too, such as…

“Just to say how pleased we are with the ATVTrac tracker that you supplied us. Last night we had a Quad bike and Gator stolen at 20.30. By 22.30 they had been traced and by midnight they were recovered and back in our shed. Thank you“.

Endorsements

In other news, we continue to gain recognition from manufacturers and from large regional distributors. ATVTrac is now officially endorsed by Can-AM, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, Kymco, TGB, Quadzilla and CF Moto.

On top of this, we are very pleased to work with regional supplier, Tallos Amos Group, who have taken the proactive decision to fit ATVTrac as standard to all John Deere Gator machines that they sell in Wales and the West Midlands.

Developments

From a development perspective, we’ve been proud to bring some new features and updates to users. The launch of the service function, allows users to set reminders once logged in, that can offer both calendar and mileage based notifications via email. Useful for reminders on machinery that perhaps don’t get serviced so regularly.

All-new App

We’re also pleased to bring news of the new ATVTrac app. Designed to be easier to use and universal across all operating systems and devices, the new app offers more functionality and allow journeys and usage to be viewed and settings configured. Please note we are changing the name of the App to AllTrac so we can encompass our other products such as BikeTrac & AutoTrac, so please keep an eye out. The App will auto update if you have that set on your phone.
