ATVTrac and CFMOTO announce partnership
ATVTrac has announced its association with expanding ATV and off-road vehicle brand, CFMOTO, receiving endorsement for its renowned tracking device and offering a unit as standard* on key models in the established side-by-side and ATV range.
Successfully proven in the motorcycle market, where theft is an ever increasing problem for owners, the team at ATVTrac turned their attention to the agriculture and powersports market in 2012, bringing functions to the industry that were not previously available, setting the benchmark in the process.
A decade later, ATVTrac has become the acknowledged specialist in farming, agriculture and powersports security tracking. The firm’s Rupert Archer Smith commented, “We’re extremely pleased to announce our association with CFMOTO and delighted to see another major manufacturer taking security so seriously by fitting as standard. As well as offering market-leading protection, we’ve worked hard to make ATVTrac a truly useful asset, enabling single users and large estate operators to make use of its additional functions too.”
As well as Thatcham approved security that protects owner’s machines via GPS, GPRS and RF technology, ATVTrac utilises the same technology to keep workers and riders safe too, with handy functions like ATV Over, that can text or email a colleague or loved one, should the ATV topple over with the ignition turned on.
ATVTrac’s onboard technology is backed up by a Secure Operating Centre (SOC), who monitor movements 24/7, seven days a week, liaising with owners and police should a theft occur. And on top of this, can deploy Securitas agents to secure a stolen machine in tricky recoveries too.
CFMOTO’s Paul Miller, commented, “Agreeing terms with ATVTrac for us makes complete sense. Theft is an ever growing issue for off-road machines, so we were keen to take action. While there are many types of security products on the market, we believe that tracking provides the only truly credible solution. The team at ATVTrac have proven their credibility over many years, in a wide-range of circumstances, so we were delighted to agree terms with them.”
ATVTrac will be offered as standard to new buyers of the following agriculture-based models, purchased from an authorised UK CFMOTO dealer: CFORCE 450, 520, 625 / UFORCE 600 and 1000.
Buyers of new recreational-based models can benefit from a subsidised ATVTrac unit of just £150. These models include: CFORCE 625 TOURING, ZFORCE 1000 SPORT, CFORCE 850, CFORCE 1000, CFORCE 1000 OVERLAND, UFORCE 1000XL
* Cost of installation not included.
